Green smoothie: 
  • Spinach
  • Frozen banana 
  • Almond or coconut milk
  • Mango
  • Chia seeds

My Quick guacamole on toast ..

Well I made up this Guacamole ingredients it tastes very good and easy to make. I usually have avocado with black pepper and lemon but this time I decided to add some additional ingredients. 


  • Raw onions cut into small peicies 
  • half tea spoon of apple cider vinegar 
  • black pepper
  • Greek yogurt 
  • Chia seeds on top
  • Wholemeal brown toast 


Delecious mixed veggie wrap


I was craving a good vegetriean sandwich the other day so I decided to mix up different vegetables from my selection and it turned out to be so good, here’s the recipe simple and easy! I don’t really make the effort in making meals that takes long .. So I added:
  • Avocados
  • Spinach 
  • Raw onions (uncooked)
  • Cooked sweet potatoes 
  • Raw tomatoes
  • A little bit of beans with tomato sauce
  • Brown tortila bread  
Also added greek yogurt with carrots on the side.
